Premium Partnership with Miraïa

Haiqi New Energy Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. ("HaiQi Group") and Miraïa SAS ("Miraïa") have signed a strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement to jointly develop advanced pyrolysis projects in the European market. The partnership combines HaiQi's industrial pyrolysis technologies with Miraïa's project development capabilities, market access, and its dedicated pilot plant, which will serve as the official reference site when it enters into service in Q1-2026.

Under this premium partnership, Miraïa will lead project sourcing and development in France, while HaiQi will provide technology, equipment, and operational support.

Miraïa has also set an ambition to deploy 5 to 10 pyrolysis plants in the coming years to accelerate the adoption of high-integrity carbon-negative solutions in Europe.

Driving the Adoption of Advanced Pyrolysis in France
