What is biochar?
Biochar is a soil conditioner charcoal that helps plants grow and can be used for agricultural purposes as well as carbon capture and storage, unlike traditional charcoal that is generally used for fuel.
Biochar like ordinary charcoal, is the product of biomass energy raw materials after pyrolysis, and its main component is carbon molecules.
Advantages of biochar
Stimulate Crop Growth
Biochar contains mineral nutrients, which can effectively provide soil phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, trace elements and other mineral elements, which can be absorbed and utilized by crops and increase the output of agricultural products. The biostimulant component of biochar can also stimulate crop growth, improve stress resistance and product quality.
Improve Fertilizer Use Efficiency
After activation and modification of biochar, the water absorption capacity becomes stronger and the water holding capacity of the soil increases; a large number of negative groups can increase the cation exchange capacity, retain water and fertilizer, and improve the utilization rate of comprehensive fertilizers.
Improve Acidic Soil
The pH value of biochar is naturally weakly alkaline, which can be used to improve acidic soil; absorb toxic and harmful components such as sodium, aluminum, heavy metals, and organic pollutants, and improve and activate soil.
Protect Soil Microbes
Biochar is conducive to soil heat preservation, and its unique pore structure and water and fertilizer adsorption, soil air permeability is good, can create a good habitat for soil microorganisms, and provide protection for soil microorganisms.
What's special about biochar?
The quality of biochar and the field of application depends on the input material. High-quality biochar is used in soil improvement, other biochar can be used as filling material in production, and can also be used as a building material additive in asphalt or concrete. Either way, the waste can be recycled again in a sustainable way, demonstrating a true circular economy.

Negative Emission Technology
Biochar is a sustainable carbon-negative technology. It converts biomass into high-value-added biochar through low-temperature cracking. It stores carbon dioxide in soil organic matter and removes carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to combat climate change caused by greenhouse gases. It is become a viable long-term, high-quality form of carbon removal.

System advantages
Compact Structure
The system is compact in structure, and the modular unit is easy to install and transport.
One Person On Duty
It can be operated by only one person, and it can be unattended 24 hours a day.
Longer Life
The overall body is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion, high temperature, and oxidation, which improves the life of the system, and the service life can reach more than 20 years.
Smart Management
The 5G smart energy management system can monitor the operating conditions of the system in real time, and directly send the fault code to the operation and maintenance personnel in case of system failure.
Modular Design
The modular system saves 90% of the total EPC engineering amount, and can be configured according to the site working conditions to add other supporting auxiliary modules.
Emission Compliance
System modular integration design, system integration modules before leaving the factory, the emission is environmentally friendly and can meet EU2019 emission standards.

Biochar has great potential to reduce CO2 levels in the air. Plants bind carbon dioxide in their biomass, but release it again when they decay or burn. Through carbonization, climate-damaging carbon dioxide gas can be permanently bound and removed from the atmosphere—even for thousands of years.
