Technical Principle
1.Organic biomass waste pyrolysis equipment takes agricultural/forestry organic waste (such as: rice husk, wood chips, straw, pharmaceutical residues, coconut shell, palm fiber, cow dung, etc.) as raw materials, through raw material crushing, drying dehydration, high temperature anoxic carbonization and other comprehensive treatment technology, fast pyrolysis carbonation, equipment can automatically run after set parameters, without manual operation.
2.The waste flue gas is discharged after treatment to meet the standards. Additional products such as tar and wood vinegar can be recycled. 20%-35% of solid carbon powder can be further processed into various carbon products and can also be used as fuel.
3.The whole treatment process is pollution-free, there is no secondary pollution, in line with the national biomass organic waste treatment of "reduction, harmless, resource" in site treatment principles.
