A Letter to Global Partners
Dear Global Partners,
We extend our sincere gratitude for your continued attention and trust in Haiqi New Energy Group. With your support, Haiqi has been steadily advancing its global deployment in negative-carbon energy, continuously strengthening our technological leadership and integrated solutions in the field of Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR).
The year 2025 marks a significant breakthrough in Haiqi's global business expansion. We are honored to have established strategic partnerships with several Fortune Global 500 companies, jointly exploring commercial pathways for negative-carbon energy and high-quality CDR. To date, Haiqi has invested over USD 50 million globally and has commissioned the world's first CCHP-integrated negative-carbon energy and CDR project in Brazil. Currently in the commissioning phase and scheduled for full operation in 2026, this project aims to provide green power and high-quality CDR credits for global AI data centers, facilitating deep decarbonization of the digital industry.
Furthermore, Haiqi plans to launch its first Negative-Carbon Energy Fund in 2026, with an initial commitment of USD 5 million and a target fund size of USD 100 million, dedicated to investing in globally competitive negative-carbon technologies and CDR projects. We warmly invite like-minded partners to join us in building a sustainable energy future.
Currently, Haiqi's projects in France and Portugal are in the installation phase, with projects in Asia and South America also progressing steadily. Starting in 2026, we will launch multiple demonstration plants, offering replicable and scalable negative-carbon system solutions to partners worldwide.
In collaboration, Haiqi consistently adheres to the principles of "Quality First, Commercial Sustainability, and Risk Awareness." We evaluate hundreds of CDR projects annually, yet only a select few demonstrate the necessary technological maturity and economic viability. Haiqi is committed to identifying and investing in high-quality projects with genuine long-term value and systemic resilience, delivering tangible, measurable returns to our partners through verified outcomes.
Haiqi does not engage in low-quality competition; we remain focused on technological iteration and business model innovation. We firmly believe that only win-win outcomes make partnerships sustainable. It is why we deeply value walking forward with the 1% of peers who share our vision.
Notably, Haiqi was honored to represent China at the COP30 in Brazil. We presented the "China Solution" and shared our practices and insights in negative-carbon energy infrastructure and high-quality CDR systems with global stakeholders. We look forward to jointly advancing the global climate agenda.
We would like to express our deepest appreciation to Haiqi's global investors, clients, and partners. As a member of the UNDIO Alliance, we are fully aware of our responsibility and remain confident in the future. Let us continue to join hands in building a new negative-carbon energy infrastructure, addressing climate change, and contributing to our shared goal of sustainable development for humanity.
